  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
  • Closed for special events and certain holidays — please check the schedule before visiting

How It Works

  1. Sign up and pay for your drop-in pass.
  2. You’ll receive a prompt to schedule your training time.
  3. Arrive a few minutes early and check in digitally at our front desk.
  4. Get settled and enjoy your training session!
