Women’s Strong School is designed as a welcoming, comfortable environment for women, non-binary, and trans lifters to learn the fundamentals of powerlifting. Whether you’re completely new to lifting or looking to rebuild confidence in the gym, this program ensures you’ll have the support, coaching, and community to succeed.
This is the perfect place to begin your powerlifting path. You’ll learn the fundamentals and variations of the Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Press. Every session focuses on helping you feel comfortable with the movements, developing solid technique, and building strength at your own pace.
