Weightlifting Technique Class
Our Weightlifting Technique Class is a dedicated space to learn and refine the Snatch and Clean & Jerk in a supportive environment. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to polish your form, this class is all about building confidence and skill.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the basics step by step — breaking down the lifts into simple, manageable parts.
- Practice with guidance — coaches will give you feedback as you go, so you can feel what “right” looks like.
- Focus on safe and efficient movement — helping you lift well while minimizing risk of injury.
- Train in a group setting — lift alongside others who are learning too, sharing encouragement and progress.
