Join our Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting team training program and get personalized coaching, accountability, and support in a team setting. Our experienced coaches will guide you every step of the way—whether you’re building a foundation, refining technique, or preparing for competition.

Team Setting

Train alongside a supportive group of lifters who share your passion for strength sports. Our program offers world-class coaching and programming by Max Aita, tailored specifically for powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. In-person coaching ensures you receive the technical feedback and guidance needed to progress. The team environment provides accountability, motivation, and camaraderie to help you push further and achieve more.
